ABOUT DR. SINAI YARUS

Dr. Yarus has been working in patent drafting and Prosecution since 1999. During that time, he has worked at top tier Israeli IP law offices and served as in-house counsel for an industrial consulting company. He is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Israel Patent Office and has experience practicing in jurisdictions such as the EPO, Australia, Canada, China, Japan, Russia and India via foreign associates.

 

His academic background in agriculture, biochemistry, biotechnology and molecular biology is supplemented by technical expertise acquired during the last fifteen years of patent practice in diverse fields such as medical imaging, clean tech, solar energy, nano-particle based technology, medical devices, bone cement, RF applications, water purification, Information technology and communications systems.

 

Dr. Yarus emphasizes integration of patent protection into a business plan to guide clients in building an IP portfolio that will serve their needs as their business develops.
