Matthew Yuen received a B.S. in Applied Physics from the University of California, Santa Cruz and his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire, School of Law, formerly known as the Franklin Pierce Law Center.
Matthew Yuen has represented clients in all aspects of Intellectual property law, including the prosecution of patents and trademarks, copyright enforcement, and licensing. Mr. Yuen has extensive experience prosecuting patent applications, and has worked on applications in the following technology fields: Computer hardware, networking systems, network security software, RF communications systems, block-chain, semiconductor fabrication, autonomous devices. Additionally, Mr. Yuen has worked on software applications in the Post-Alice §101 landscape.
In addition to his work in Intellectual property law, Mr. Yuen, has also counselled clients on various corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, private placements and financing, and business transactions.
