USPTO Officially Issues Digital Patents

Starting April 18th 2023, the USPTO will no longer issue Paper Patents. The USPTO wants to minimize paper waste and allow recipients to receive their Official Patent on day of Issue.
Applicants that still want receive a written book-like copy of the Patent may still do so with a fee. The current cost ranges $25 - 35 dollars. The fee is subject to change.
